Article Processing Charges (APC)

To ensure sustainable open-access publishing while remaining sensitive to global economic disparities, we follow a country-based APC model.

APCs are determined based on the economic classification of the corresponding author’s country, following the latest World Bank income grouping.

This structure reflects inflation, operational expenses, and the journal’s commitment to equitable access for authors worldwide. The APC applicable to a manuscript is determined solely by the country of the corresponding author.

High-Income Countries (APC: £1050 GBP)

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States

Middle-Income Countries (APC: £650 GBP)

Argentina, Brazil, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Mexico, Montenegro, Russia, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey

Lower-Middle Income and Low-Income Countries (APC: £250 GBP)

Accepted Currencies and Payment Methods

We accept payments in major currencies such as British Pound (GBP), Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), Australian Dollar (AUD), Swiss Franc (CHF), Chinese Yuan (CNY), and Japanese Yen (JPY). Additional currencies may also be accepted. Payment methods include Credit/Debit card, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.
