BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Swapnil Singh is an orthopedic trauma surgeon specializing in foot and ankle surgery and orthopedic oncology. His areas of interest include acute orthopedic injuries; post-traumatic deformities and nonunion; acute and delayed reconstruction of pelvic and acetabular fractures; adult hip osteotomy; hip arthritis; biomechanical constructs in fracture fixation; flatfoot and cavus foot reconstruction; minimally invasive foot and ankle osteotomies for deformity correction; and soft tissue procedures, including ligament reconstruction around the knee, foot, and ankle. He has been actively involved in research in orthopedic trauma, foot and ankle, and orthopedic oncology, contributing to the existing body of knowledge. He is currently engaged in multiple ongoing projects at St. Barnabas Hospital, Bronx, NY, and is also associated with the Journal of Clinical Orthopaedics and Trauma as an Assistant Editor.
