Abstract
This case report describes a 4.5-year-old female child who presented with abdominal pain and vomiting resulting from an annular pancreas complicated by a phytobezoar. The diagnosis was confirmed via imaging and surgical intervention was required. This case highlights the importance of considering anatomical anomalies in the differential diagnosis of gastrointestinal obstruction in pediatric patients.
